Technology unfortunately as it's expanding a lot of people are suffering as time goes along. People are being hurt left or right whether it's individual or a group. The problem is that people are able to feel justified into doing those terrible acts and does not realize the pain of the other person or group of people. We bombed Japan and we killed innocent people just to end the war. The war ended, but as a result many innocent lives died unnecessarily.

Not only has technology negatively affected the social structure of mankind, but also our environment and livelihood. The BP oil spill is a good example of this, it not only destroyed the gulf, but also the wildlife, and the economy of the cities that rely on the gulf for tourism.

ReplyDeleteAgreed. People often look at the numerous advances we have made with technology and tend to overlook how it has also inflicted harm on society. I believe that the pros far outweigh the cons, but it is important that we note the negative impacts technology has made on society as well.
